The short version
Our website code does not set cookies, run visitor analytics or advertising trackers, or save your brief in browser storage. The fonts and images are served with the website. Our hosting provider operates separately, as explained below.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, tracking pixels and device identifiers. Some support services you request; others measure visits or support advertising.
Our website features
- Pages, fonts and images: served from this website. We do not embed Google Fonts, social feeds, maps, videos or third-party chat widgets.
- Brief planner: your answers are held in the open page, not sent to the consultancy or saved by the planner. Closing or reloading the page normally clears them; your browser may separately restore form text. Downloading a brief saves a file on your device, and copying uses your clipboard.
- Free AI prompts: copying uses your clipboard only when you press a copy button. Sharing opens your device’s sharing options or copies a link. No AI service is contacted by these buttons.
- Analytics and advertising added by us: none. We do not add tracking pixels, advertising tags or session-recording tools.
Cookies operated by the hosting platform
This site is hosted by OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request information and security logs to serve and protect pages. They may also operate cookies independently of this website’s code.
OpenAI’s published cookie policy lists __Host-appgarden-visitor as an analytics cookie for .chatgpt.site, lasting 90 days. It also lists authentication and security cookies for that hosted domain. This is a description of the provider’s documented cookies, rather than confirmation that each cookie is set when you visit markwoolman.co.uk. The public custom-domain website does not ask you to sign in.
For names, purposes and durations published by the providers, see OpenAI’s cookie policy and Cloudflare’s cookie information. A provider’s list covers its wider services; it does not mean that every listed cookie is used here.
Your choices
There are no optional cookies added by our website code to switch on or off. This page does not claim that a website button can control cookies issued by the hosting platform. You can inspect, block or delete cookies for this website through your browser’s site settings; blocking essential security cookies may affect access.
For questions about cookies or to object to any visitor measurement associated with this website, contact mark@markwoolman.co.uk. We will investigate with the hosting provider. Browser settings or contacting us are not a substitute for prior consent where the law requires it.
When you follow an external link
Email, telephone, text and WhatsApp links open the service you choose. WhatsApp is a link, not an embedded tracker. Those services apply their own privacy and cookie terms once you use them. You can choose email or telephone instead of WhatsApp.
If the website changes
Before adding analytics, advertising, embedded media, booking or payment tools, we will review their privacy requirements and update this policy. Where consent is required, the relevant technology must remain off until you choose it, with equally accessible accept and reject options and a way to change your choice. Any reliance on a legal exception must meet all its conditions.
